The Training front page has a full list of course types. Training courses are run in Alameda, Westborough and Boca Raton with some other regional courses, the location of each course is shown below.

Training places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed
to be available even if the website shows places currently available.
*PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY*
Once you have confirmed a training place Metaswitch
requires 3 weeks notification of cancellation.
You may send a different person on the course,
but if the place is cancelled or rescheduled the
cost of the training course, or training credit,
will not be refunded.
Courses are subject to alteration
or amendment by Metaswitch; in the unlikely event of cancellation
(for example due to insufficient demand) then
- all monies or training credits paid will be refunded in full
- one weeks notice will be given prior to the training date
- priority will be given to customers when rebooking on future training classes.
